At Pentagram Advisory Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. Accessing content includes opening lessons, viewing videos, or downloading materials. Refunds will not be provided after 14 days from the date of purchase, except in cases of major failure as described under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Major Failures
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the course has a major failure. A major failure includes, but is not limited to:
- The course content being significantly different from what was advertised.
- The course not being fit for the intended or advertised purpose.
- The course being unusable or inaccessible for reasons within our control.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, including the order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Any transaction fees incurred may be deducted from the final refund amount, and you will be informed of this at the time of refund.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for any course where more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, except in cases of major failure as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
Courses purchased during a sale or with a discount code may have specific refund terms outlined at the time of purchase.
No refunds, extensions, credits, or transfers will be granted if a user fails to complete a course within 12 months of purchase or activation. Course access will automatically expire after this period.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if only part of the course content has been accessed and the request is made within the eligible refund period.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Any downloadable materials or bonus content provided with the course that have been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.

9. Discontinuation of Services
Pentagram Advisory Pty Ltd reserves the right to discontinue its eLearning services at any time. If services are discontinued, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused access.
A 60-day notice will be provided before service discontinuation to allow enrolled users to complete their courses. Pentagram Advisory Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, provide users with access to course materials and artefacts to support their learning.
